Operations Lead

​Amy Schilhabel has a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh, majoring in Human Recourses Management. She has been employed by Kelly Services since 1995, and has enjoyed supporting Kelly’s customers serving in several roles including: Recruiter, Staffing Supervisor, and Partnered Staffing Account Manager.

Peggy Graverson

Recruiting Specialist

​Peggy has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and started her career in the staffing industry eighteen years ago with a local firm recruiting for engineering, administrative, and medical personnel. She then spent two and a half years as a contract Corporate Recruiter. Peggy joined KellyOCG in 2015 as a Vendor Management Specialist and joined the Oshkosh account almost one year ago.

Kurt Harbinger

Recruiting Specialist

Kurt Harbinger holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and began his career in recruitment eight years ago with a national firm specializing in technology, healthcare, and finance roles. He then spent three years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a Fortune 500 company. Kurt joined KellyOCG in 2018 as a Senior Recruiter and became part of the executive search team nearly a year ago.
